When working with i2c, there are three main stages:



At every stage, Client Management/Sales Teams in the U.S. are in constant communication with corresponding teams in India, to ensure clear and reliable communication channels between Sales, Tech, and Operations. Clients are assigned dedicated Account Managers as well as a dedicated Project Manager in Mumbai.

Sales Stage

- Initial Introduction
- Assessment of Client Requirements and i2c Agent skillset required
- Delivery of initial Service Proposal
- Demonstration of basic service, facility, infrastructure, etc.
- Mutual Agreement for i2c Pilot Program

Pilot Stage (Implementation)

- Recruiting, Screening, & Training of Pilot Agents (as needed)
- Technology Customization (as needed)
- Continuous monitoring, reporting, and feedback with Client
- Demonstration of service level, quality and cost benefits
- Long-term Contract

Client Stage

- Full-scale deployment
- Dedicated Account Manager
- Project Manager/Supervisor
- Client decides their degree of involvement within the outsourcing relationship
- Ongoing, monitoring, reporting, and feedback
- i2c will continuously enhance its service offerings and infrastructure to deliver the greatest efficiency and innovative services.
